Nothing in the book, called "Persuader." The missing woman is kept drugged up and doesn't even appear until near the end. But they do change stuff, so who knows. |

Towards the end of Persuader, Reacher ties a maid up to keep her quiet, so he could beat up the bad guys and save the informant. Wether the scene is in season 3 Persuader is anyone's guess. |

| IFC Films and Shudder just acquired this Aussie film starring Hassie Harrison and Jai Courtney for a June theatrical release in the U.S. and it DEFINITELY looks promising! From the official synopsis: "Dangerous Animals" follows Zephyr (Harrison), a rebellious surfer who is abducted by a shark-obsessed serial killer (Courtney). "Held captive on his boat - she must escape before he carries out a ritualistic feeding to the sharks below." |

| La Jefa, a new telenovela premiered this week on Telemundo/Peacock and it's already off to a good start through 3 episodes. In the first episode, the main heroine, played by Fabiola Guajardo, is kidnapped from her wedding and later seen tied to a bed; no gag unfortunately. Then towards the end of today's episode, episode 3, a woman is seen getting into a car before being approached by two thugs who grab her and force her into the trunk of a car. A minute later, we see one of the thugs leading the woman (who's now hooded and has her hands tied) into a room to bring her to his boss. The thug then removes the hood and we see that the woman is gagged with a white knotted cleave gag. No ID on the actress so may need help from some of the Spanish experts on here. I imagine the scene will continue in to the next episode which I think is on tomorrow. |

There is a nice slow zoom-in angle for her at the start and a good POV shot of her blindfold being removed at 21:18. |

| From April 2001 to January 2006, there was a highly successful morning show in Mexico called *Vida TV*, hosted by Galilea Montijo and Lili Brillanti. I vividly remember watching an episode where the show's co-hosts tied up and gagged Galilea Montijo in a chair because they didn't want to let her sing for some reason. The gag was an OTM type, and her hands were tied to the chair's armrests. I have never seen that video again on any forum, video website or data base, but it would be interesting if someone had it. |

She is ungagged and freed right at the start of episode 4. The actress is Julieta Grajales. Also in epiode 4, Fabiola Guajardo gets a handgag leaving the shower. |

| We have an existing entry: =========== The 100 Episode: "We Are Grounders, Part 1" (1.12) As the episode opens, Eliza is a prisoner of the grounders. She sits in their camp, wrists tied in front of her and tethered to a chain in the ground. She is given to a masked grounder to be taken away and executed, but he turns out to be a friend who releases her. ============ An update was posted to DB Corrections: Eliza is also tightly cleave gagged with a thin dark bandanna. I don't find any support for that, and it surprises me that it would be missed. Possibly confusion with another episode. Any information from those who have seen it would be helpful. |
