Not a detective, but a reporter - Phyllis Coates in "The Mystery of the Broken Statues" from "The Adventures of Superman." Intrigued by men buying and immediately breaking statuettes, she buys some herself, which leads to her being followed, captured and interrogated. "You stuck your pretty nose into something that concerns you not one whit!" Soon afterward she's B&G and being hustled into a car and then a private plane.

Lynda Carter as a government agent in "Wonder Woman," had this happen to her more than once. In "The Deadly Dolphin" for example.

Sherlock & Daughter
A promo for Sherlock & Daughter, a new series premiering on the CW on April 16, briefly shows a cleave-gagged girl in a coffin, possibly the heroine played by Blu Hunt.

Hey! I need to find a scene from a movie where a blonde soldier appears and at one point is caught from behind by a man. He tied and gag her with black tape. Then He takes her to the back of a military vehicle. She seems to like it. Then, something happens that she doesn't like, and she frees herself, confronting the man.

I think you're refering to Meyrav Feldman in Baumschlager (2017)

Don't tease me like this. I truly believe the world will become a better place once Sophia Lillis gets a full treatment scene. Mark my words...as soon as the sticky residue from a strip of silver duct tape adheres to those beautiful lips the cosmos will align and there will be no more world hunger, nuclear weapons around the world will disarm themselves, ruthless dictators will receive a brain aneurysm, a cure for cancer will be found and we will all feel at one with the universe. A simple OTM will suffice as well.

Watching the Abbott and Costello Show episode "The Pigeon" on the 71 year anniversary of its first airing.

Lou is out on a picnic with Ruby (Gloria Henry). He goes to the car and while away a tramp sneaks up behind Ruby clamps his left hand over her mouth and says "Don't scream. All I want is your purse". He takes the purse and walks away.

There was a behind the scenes video that showed a lot of what's to come for us. Lots of handcuffing, handcuffed to a radiator, playing piano handcuffed, running through woods handcuffed, handcuffed AOH
