There was the ending of the scene in "Terror Among Us" where Sarah Purcell, in order to attract attention to the plight of her and her friends, hops over to a glass entryway to a balcony and pitches herself head-first through it. Maybe not struggling strictly speaking, but the same idea. |

Haven't seen the new film as yet but will be released in my local cinema next week. I've seen a production still of the lead blonde with a leather strap around her neck so presumably she'll be gagged with a belt at some point a la Eliza Dushku. Unfortunately the Proclivity of Putzes means she will almost certainly not be in solo distress. Most annoyingly. Hopefully the new Texas Chainsaw will have damsel-only scenes - trailer for that can't be too far away either |

Oyabun Tantei: Kyoto Awaodori Satsujin Jiken Again not my find or info, but the following page confirms it pretty well, as it contains screenshots of both the drama title and episode title (plus the damsel screenshots: http://blog.livedoor.jp/shimma/archives/51763883.html |

This wasn't explicitly shown, but implied, in an episode of Vega$. A hairdresser and his accomplice are kidnapping and raping beautiful women. They take the victims to his salon while they're bound and gagged and blindfolded. One of them falls and and is accidentally killed when she hits her head. The fatal fall is not shown; one of the duo discovers her dead on the floor. Her fall may have originally been filmed, but the scene showing it may have been cut from the final episode. It is difficult to see her gag because the lighting for the scene is poor, and she's wearing a large blindfold. This is the second instance where poor lighting impairs the quality of a scene featuring bound and gagged actresses in this series. The other instance is the iconic "Lost Women" episode. |
