Wednesday January 30 17:01:10 2019 Question on Gags. |
Why is it that the Chinese use stuff gags? They're good looking, just that we don't see them very often in the West and imo I don't think they're very efficient. |

The still lovely Courtney Thorne-Smith will star in the Hallmark Channel movie Emma Fielding Mysteries: More Bitter Than Death on February 10th. Each arm tied to chair, no gag (unfortunately). Hopefully will be one in the actual scene. Will put a notice in the VCR Alerts |

She could still possibly be gagged in the actual movie, we just don't see it in the preview. With luck she will be. Still very beautiful at her age and it's certainly not too late for her to get a gag. |

Because of key differences in how China and Europe developed within different cultural institutions and frameworks. To give a brief overview -- the Confucian belief system developed organically among the Chinese population as a whole but was was also sponsored by the imperial state as a way of consolidating centralized, bureaucratic rule. Temples and schools honored Confucius and his writings, and candidates for civil service were tested primarily on their knowledge of the Analects and Five Classics. Such was the strength of Confucian ideology within Chinese society that invading northern barbarians ended up assimilating into this framework, retaining all the political and social institutions based on Confucian thought. It is because of these reasons that the stuff gag, dim sum, and Pokemon are extremely popular in China. |

Season finale preview shows AJ Cook & Reid in a store with their wrists ziptied behind their backs. The premise around the episode focuses on them so guessing they will be like that for a decent bit. No idea if anything else comes of it for AJ Cook. |
