Vanessa Marcil in the "Heroes" episode of "Las Vegas." Taped up with what looks like a full roll of duct tape and put inside a trunk, from which she struggles with great determination to escape. Great scene in every way.
Rebekah Kochan in "When a Killer Calls." The movie is an unpleasant, frankly sick slasher outing. But near the end she's roped very securely, hands overhead and feet together, along with a thick cleave. Several close ups of hands and feet, perhaps done to a stunt woman, but in any case they look very secure.

Marilyn Burns had to have been secured very well to the bed in "Eaten Alive," since she nearly demolished it with her struggling. Tape gag was well-done also.
