Older Promo
I have been trying to remember a promo most likely from the 80s. I believe it was on NBC. The show may have been Saturday Night Live or something similar where some of the cast members were gagged. I don't believe they were bound. I know this is a vague description, but does anyone recollect anything like this? Thanks.

Damsels captured with a guy who escapes
Looking for scenes where damsel is initially captured with a
guy but the guy ends up freeing himself and then either rescues her too or does not have the time to free her so he has to escape alone and she has to remain a captive.

Sounds like a Deadly Lessons-type movie

The episode tonight for Miss Scarlet looks interesting. Perhaps it will have a 'B&G in a coffin' scenario

Miss Scarlet and the Duke 'Six Feet Under'

When a close friend of Mr Potts is murdered, Eliza finds herself investigating the dark and macabre world of Victorian undertakers.

A podcast to die for is a repeat. Lifetime is only airing new movies on Thursdays and Sundays this month and next month (last time this year they were doing new movies every thurs, Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Even then, some of the “new movies” are ones they already aired either on Tubi or on their own streaming service last year. ReelOne and MarVista both have some movies coming up that are awaiting trailers/release dates that look like they have potential so hopefully things will pick up.

And a really bad movie on top of it.

Thanks, I knew that was odd that I found a trailer. Most of the these new releases on Lifetime have no trailers, and most are not Marivista anymore.

On the Tubi front, there is quick cleave gag scene in "Prepare to Die." Female maybe 40s, tied and cleave-gagged with husband. She wasn't that attractive, so I didn't watch much of it, but it's there if anyone is interested.

Record number: 1282

Title: Baywatch (1994)
Medium: TV Series
Actress: A.J. Langer aka Allison Joy Langer

Description: Episode: "Guys & Dolls" aka "Guys and Dolls" (4.22)

She's tied with a guy who frees himself but does not untie her right away because she's lied to him

Also, not quite the same but

Title: Knight Rider (1982)
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Mary Kate McGeehan

Description: Episode: "Knight of the Juggernaut" (4.01-4.02)

The scientest guy with her is freed, but he opts not to free her or ungag her, saying he doesn't have the key

There's also another scene in this movie around 29 minutes in featuring a younger damsel cleave gagged.

Thanks, I missed that. I don't think she's seen again after her scene.

Hilarious dialogue in her scene. She has her hands taped in front and she hits one of the bad guys in the stomach, so the second bad guy says "this is why I tell you to tape their hands behind their backs!"

You've got me reminiscing. Pretty sure that's the first scene I ever saw live.
