I sold the commercial sites a couple of years ago, but the new owners have allowed the domain registration to lapse on robs-damsels.com - I don't think they understood it's importance. However, the forum is still available at the URL this kind person has suggested. I hope word spreads as I don't see that the new owners are likely to re-register the original domain name. Apologies if this breaks rules etc, I just wanted to provide some info. Would be sad to see it die - much like this site they've both been around a long time! Peace all. |

This site and your forum are the best resources we have! when this site was down robs-damsels is the first and only place I asked if brianspage is still Ok. now it is the other way around... both sites are the corner stone of d.i.d fans. |

I don't want to abuse the rules here so apologies about this discussion and I'll curtail future entries - but I would expect it'll stay at the new URL as they're keeping the commercial site attached to that. But it's all out of my hands these days as I'm just a guy that pops into discussion there now and then. | I have plans to make some changes to the forum software starting somewhere in the middle part of the year. As such I'm looking to form a group of people with experience in various tech that can kick ideas around. The sort of thing I'm talking about includes: Server-side scripting, PHP or other options Database use, likely MsSQL Account management Possibly client-side scripting Web integration of the above What I am NOT looking for: People to do any work. It's possible that I might explore that at some point, but this is a commitment-free exchange of ideas. Those who have ideas on changes to the forums. Right now, I'm more interested in implementation of my own vision. This does not at this time include the Ezine, but that is on the agenda eventually. If you would be interested and have some expertise in relevant areas, use the Contact form (link below). In the message let me know what your skill areas are. You don't need one now, but to participate you will need a Database login. If you don't have one, you would need to create one.
