(the bottom pic was from Acapulco H.E.A.T. of course!) It's Lydie. It's from an independent movie directed by Michael Huck. It's a available on vimeo: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/abouquetforakill Michael Huck has more interesting movies on his channel with extended "making of"/"behind the scenes" material for almost ever episode. Friday January 06 11:40:13 2017 Technical consultation group |
I have plans to make some changes to the forum software starting somewhere in the middle part of the year. As such I'm looking to form a group of people with experience in various tech that can kick ideas around. The sort of thing I'm talking about includes: Server-side scripting, PHP or other options Database use, likely MsSQL Account management Possibly client-side scripting Web integration of the above What I am NOT looking for: People to do any work. It's possible that I might explore that at some point, but this is a commitment-free exchange of ideas. Those who have ideas on changes to the forums. Right now, I'm more interested in implementation of my own vision. This does not at this time include the Ezine, but that is on the agenda eventually. If you would be interested and have some expertise in relevant areas, use the Contact form (link below). In the message let me know what your skill areas are. You don't need one now, but to participate you will need a Database login. If you don't have one, you would need to create one. If you have one but forgotten the credentials, there's a link for retrieving. |

The chapter is even called 'Bound and Gagged'. While it was always great to read about Nancy being tied up, I always liked the books where all three of them were prisoners. |

In the most well lit shack in the history of movies. Pretty lengthy. To the point I was fast forwarding to see how far this would go. I broke a rule on here and the original post got deleted. Sorry. |

"The Case of the Disappearing Diamonds." I literally have all the books. Even the photo laden roleplay book where 26 year old Laurie Long reenacted various bondage scenes in appropriate period garb. Only 50 made and she signed it. |

The book is called "Becoming Nancy Drew" by Laurie Long. She had a modeling show quite a few years ago, where she slowly became the character in real life too, to find her spirit. I really want to, but it's so delicate, as it's a little book, I'm afraid I'm going to damage it. For Nancy Drew book collectors, it's rarity makes it like the Action Comics #1 of Nancy Drew books. It came with a protective sleeve and I bagged and boarded (define irony) and haven't opened it since. I couldn't believe none of you guys picked up on it on eBay when it last sold. I haven't seen another one since. It's so cool to have the actual damsel/model sign it too. Kind of puts all those Emma Roberts signed Nancy Drew stuff to shame on eBay. I had autographed Mildred Wirt Benson stuff from letters to books, but this little oddity is my most cherished Nancy collectible. You can find a few random images from it if you a Google image search. It's mainly reenactments of the revision photos of books #1-34. In 1959, the publisher started to tone the violence in the Drew books, making more of a docile girl than the pre-Buffy adventurer she started out to be in 1930. |

Friday January 06 21:23:24 2017 KC Undercover |
Actually got an almost-scene out of this disappointing series. Star Zendaya uses a stress ball to gag her spy cousin, Kara Royster. Next week's preview for the season finale shows Kara wearing handcuffs, while Zendaya and Tammy Townsend get strapped down to gurneys. |

Started with a lot of promise in the first season. A couple really nice scenes for Zendaya. The second season has been disappointing. |
