"The Chick Chop Flick Shop" (8.5) not ep 8.6. Appears imdb had Who & What as airing Nov 1, but I rewatched the episode and it is the Chick Chop thingie.

No handgag huh?
I'll contact the poster & check into this. Thanks

Record number: 12165

Title: Red Eye (2005)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Rachel McAdams

Description: There are no snakes on this plane, but Wes Craven sure has an interesting take on the discomforts of air travel and the perils of post-9/11 terror. For our benefit, the radiant Rachel McAdams, as the plucky heroine "Lisa," is subjected to a very nice handgagging.

About 40 minutes in, she convinces her terrorist seatmate that she needs to use the lavatory. Sure enough, she tries the old ploy of leaving a message on the mirror so that the next person to use the loo can warn the flight crew. Unfortunately, the villian is waiting when she opens the door and promptly spots her warning message. After roughly pusing her back into the lavatory and slamming the door, he tightly handgags her prior to warning her off her heroic course. Very nice 'mmphing' and emoting over the next minute or so before she is released.

Jay: he musta had his '[red] eyes' closed
Jay: I can assure you that the scene and handgagging exist as I noted in my DB posting some months ago. It's an important, even integral, scene in the movie, and it certainly wound not have been deleted in any premium channel airings. Even when the flick comes to appear on commercial channels, I'd see no reason for them to delete the scene for their purposes. Furthermore, I saw it again on one of said premium movie channels just a couple weeks ago, and Rachel M. did indeed get her handgagging as expected at about the 40-minute mark. Maybe 'Ticked Off' ought to pay attention next time.

[12165] Red Eye (2005)
Jay: It does occur to me that now that this film is probably just about due to appear on commercial channels, the notation '[no ads]' should probably be inserted after the mention of '40 minutes.'
