Thursday August 14 02:30:40 2003 Ref Post- Sorting Different Ep Titles |
Over on Discussion Page, poster hb informed me that he was getting some Canadian stations on satellite. hb has excellent english, so's not concerned with him. However may have possible double-entry problem with someone unfamiliar with english. hb was asking about Charlie's Angels, which airs here also as Drôles de Dames also, Invasion planète Terre, aka Earth: Final Conflict Sydney Fox, l'aventurière, aka Relic Hunter Brigade des mers, aka Water Rats Force de frappe, aka Counterstrike Agents doubles, aka Stingers Chapeau melon et bottes de cuir, aka The Avengers Clair de lune, aka Moonlighting Les Maîtres des sortilèges, aka Spellbinder Top modèles, aka The Bold and the Beautiful So if you spot any of these, let me know. We have an entry for the German show Balko with one of our ep titles in it. No ep-guide found for that one. Our friend Peter provided a great site: German Ep Guides Link along with this site: German, French & English Translations Link Incase any trouble with the German RTL shows. Medicopter 117 - Jedes Leben zählt aka Médicopter, Der Clown aka Le Clown, Kommissar Rex aka Rex, etc etc. I had a few series set up in the DB to handle this, but haven't as yet noticed a problem. If you do, let me know. Thanx |

"I mentioned a scene on a movie version of "Mata Hari"
story. Any idea which version contain the scene?
According to IMDB there are at least 4 different versions." I don't understand your question Asian? Here's the entry: Record number: 6592 Title: Mata Hari (1931) Medium: Movie Actress: Greta Garbo Description: She's arrested, and the cop ties her wrists behind her back. Perhaps the only bondage scene with this famous actress. _______ Here's the 4 from the IMDB: Mata Hari (1931) Mata Hari (1978) Mata Hari (1985) Mata Hari (1920) Unless you've a problem with the entry? It should be the 1931 one with Greta Garbo |

There is a list of episode title with date.
Unfortunately I cann't find any translation to ".... mons fils" (French title) Perhaps someone who can speak both German and French can help pick the correct episode title? |

Thursday August 14 15:28:28 2003 Dates |
I'm confused about the policy on adding dates to entries. I was just editing a previous entry of mine, the premiere ep of FLCL ... and noticed that "(2000)" had been added. I had thought dates for series were only to be included to distinguish among similar titles ... e.g., THE INVISIBLE MAN. Am I mistaken? |

I guess I thought part of my obligation as an editor was to make sure I was inputting data properly ... I'd have added the date if that's what's expected. Given this sort of response, maybe I shouldn't care. That would seem to be the logical path to take. |
