Street Justice
My apologies for tinkering with the 2 season one entries for this show. I got confused when the versions I was downloading were out of sequence due to S01E01 being split according to IMDb, but not Wikipedia, and it looked as though the Fernetz scene didn't exist. I've basically switched the entries around by accident, but they're both correct now & with a note about the ep numbers.

For future reference, we use epguides.com as the bible for episode numbers (not my decision, was decreed before I became an editor). As there is no such thing as a "real" episode number (episode production numbers notwithstanding), epguides does a fairly good job of listing the episodes in the order they were broadcast, and covers the splitting of movie-length episodes into individual episodes fairly accurately.

It also matches the episode numbers used by most of the online listings sites here in the States also (I don't know if you bother looking at US listings at all from the UK).

Where epguides.com and IMDB don't match, I usually put a note into the text to explain the discrepancy. Wikipedia I never look at for any reason. Just too many crazies putting crap into the entries to amuse themselves.

I absolutely do look at US listings, or any regional ones for the purpose of original airdates; you won't catch me putting a UK airdate for Aussie soaps, US daytime shows, or using a later-established English title for a Swedish show, etc.

Wikipedia is indeed a cesspit of inaccurate crap a lot of the time, but if there's a decent reference provided, I'll take it on board.

Dock that Brit a day's pay for tinkering on the job.

Back in the day when we (really Jay L) started putting
episode info into the entries, Epguides was the oldest
and most thorough/reliable source. It also linked into
the old TVTome site with episode information. That later
was bought and turned into tv.com (and made less useful
natch).

As there are differences on occasion, and we'd been
using that from the start, that's the standard.
