Sharman Dbase entries 5611 and 5612
The above entries are incomplete.
In the pilot ep the hero's girlfriend,I think Rowena King, and his teenage daughter are seen in the back of the villains' van hands bound and effectively gagged with brown packing tape wrapped round.Good close-ups and decent light.

In the Sam Mathis ep, the last of the first season, she is gagged ,not with packing tape, but with a VERY,I would estimate 1 by 4 to 5 inches, strip of black insulating tape.It is a real blink and miss it scene.

In the third episode referred to there are in fact three scenes. In the first we see Sharman's wife played by Adie Allen sat hbbb in a chair and being effectively gagged wraparound style with brown packing tape.Interestingly the villain bends his head and uses his teeth to bite through the tape to finish...In the second scene we see Ms Allen still bound but ungagged on the backseat of a car in the villains' hide out.In the final scene we see her still on the car's backseat at the scene of the exchange, but regagged with the same wraparound parcel tape gag.
All scenes decently lit with decent close ups. There is a lot of movement and rapid cutting back and forth in the third scene as the car speeds off and crashes.

Addenda to my last post re "Sharman"
In the pilot ep scene the two captive ladies, still b and g, are allowed to get out of the van and walk across an enclosed carpark to Sharman's car. They get in the back and are driven off, still b and g, by Sharman.

Secret Agent
I can't get used to calling it that! It's "Danger Man"...
Anyway, in the episode "The Man Who Wouldn't Talk", Jane MERROW plays a BULGARIAN government escort.
