Sorry, but...
Record number: 5518
Title: No mires abajo
Medium: TV Series
Actress: two unknowns

Description: Spanish movie which does not appear in the IMDB had two long scenes where damsels (one cute and one not) are blindfolded for extended periods.

I suppose you're only trying to help, but this one is too far off. First, this is a US production, and it is in the IMDb: It is the 1998 TV movie "Don't look down". My Spanish is not good at all, but I believe the Spanish title is just a translation of the original.
Second, see Medium (TV movie).
Third, one of the women, probably the "cute one" is Megan Ward.
Fourth, I leave it to our editors if you want to keep the entry at all. Strictly speaking, the women are no damsels-in-distress. They are participating in a program to help them overcoming their vertigo (the IMDb calls it acrophobia), hence the blindfolds.

Title: Mischievous (1996)
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Jennifer Behr

Description: Angela (Behr), a hell-raising female, becomes obsessed with performing new, erotic and increasing dangerous sexual adventures. In one scene, she's wearing nothing but high heels and a black blindfold while being fondled by a woman (Jennifer Burton).

Please change the Medium to Movie and the description to:

Angela (Jennifer Burton), a hell-raising female, becomes obsessed with performing new, erotic and increasingly dangerous sexual adventures. In one scene, she offers Vicky (Behr) to her boyfriend as "playmate". Vicky is waiting for them in a motel room. Sitting on a chair, hands tied behind her back with rope, Vicky is wearing only high heels and a black blindfold. Angela is fondling and kissing her a little before untying her.
Scene occurs about halfway into the movie.

Damsel and episode name
Record number: 2755
Title: S.O.F. Special Ops Force
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Unknown

Description: First the team has this lady blindfolded and bound behind her with plastic cuffs. Then when they take her to a meeting, the blindfold is now a cleave gag and her hands are tied in front with rope.
---
I must admit I have not seen this one yet. But little pieces of information I obtained make me suppose that the damsel is Kate Vernon and the episode is 2.17 "Reasonable Doubts". My gut says the sources are reliable enough to add the information, albeit with a question mark.

Ah, the perils of internet. I found Venda's Blindfoldettes page and assumed (wrongly) that the Spanish titles referred to Spanish films. My bad.

Even if these were consentual scenes, they still involved blindfolds. Besides, Megan Ward is really cute -- even if I didn't recognize her from the didcap.

I've made the suggested changes.
