I think the guy who did the tying thought he was doing her a favor by leaving her B&G'd so she wouldn't be taken hostage by the real villain. What happened next: She was untied, and they arrested the villain. The End. |

Didn't find any scenes leading up to this, can search some more if you would like. Teri is played by Vanessa Ray. |
