Randomly stumbled upon this while looking at the Synchronization article on tvtropes due to currently watching Jojo. It appears to have been a relatively big show so I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet on this site. The main girl while wearing a prison jumpsuit is handcuffed hands behind back and lead by three police officers who turn out to be gangsters sent to kill her in disguise and they try to hang her. She fights back and manages to win. What's impressive about this is that her mind is linked to 7 other people including 3 other women and those 3 other women are also shown with their hands cuffed behind their back getting hanged as a metaphor for them feeling her getting hanged (they're also shown choking on nothing with their hands on their neck in reality too). The one flaw of this is... there are 4 putz in this situation too and it periodically shifts to them. Would be an amazing edit to have them removed. Most of the scene is the prison girl though since she's the one actually in peril. |

| Anyone has these two scenes? I searched back but the links were dead 1) Title: Alarm fur Cobra Medium: TV Series Actress: Janette Rauch, Miriam Horwitz Description: Episode: "Kindersorgen" (3.03) aka "Child Trouble" German TV series about "autobahn cops". The action involves the wife (Rauch) and daughter (Horwitz) of one of the cops, but he and his wife are separated. The bad guy kidnaps the daughter (handgag) and then her mother (another handgag). The daughter is gagged with a thick wooden bit as the bad guys discuss their plan with the mother; something about drugs in exchange for the damsels. Both have their wrists knotted behind their backs. The bit-gagged daughter leans for comfort on her mother's shoulder during the discussion. The mother is then the recipient of another thick wooden bit gag and the two are placed in some sort of dumpster. Eventually the pair are rescued, but not until many close-ups are shown of their bit-gagged faces. The gags consist of a 3/4 inch piece of wooden dowel which has a hole drilled in both ends. The dowels are secured with a leather thongs which pass through the hole and tied at the back of the damsels' necks. 2) Title: Im Netz der Luege (2001) aka Im Netz der Luge Medium: TV Movie Actress: Regula Grauwiller, Ellen ten Damme Description: In this German made-for-TV-production, a serial killer hogties his victims with an additional noose around the neck, which eventually strangles them. That's not my cup of tea, especially not since I have read "Post Mortem" by Patricia Cornwell, but I digress. At one point, the male lead (innocent, but the main suspect - nothing really new here) tells the female lead he has to tie her up so that he can catch some sleep. Given the context, the line "I'm not going to hurt you, I just need to tie you up" does not really put her at ease. However, the scene has almost instructional aspects: If you want her to stay tied, a) gag her so that she can't chew on her ropes and b) tie her hands behind her, not in front! Of course, she frees herself in seconds. This results - half an hour later - in the noteworthy dialogue: "Maybe I should tie you again?" - "But you've already proven that you can't." which gives it an unexpected playful twist. (and shouts for the reply "I just need some more practice") Another BIG surprise: At the end, the female lead (Regula Grauwiller) falls into the clutches of the real killer. She finds herself in a hogtie with ropework closer to a professional bondage video than anything I have seen in a mainstream movie yet. Far from "perfect" but still impressive. |

The youtube poster posted episodes 1 and 2, so only 10 left. No idea if, and when, he will post more. Watching the first two episodes, I see they had a different boss from Season 2. The female boss was played by Diane Bellego. Too bad she didn't get a scene. The boss was a guy in Season 2. There is another scene in Season 1 I saw clipped years ago but lost. Cutter is cornered by some thugs and ordered to strip. After she removes her dress, she's knocked out with an injection. But nothing happens after that, I think, as she just wakes up after they left. |
