| Title: Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service aka NCIS Medium: TV Series Actress: Caitlin Carver Description: Episode: "React" (13.15) Because writers love irony: at the beginning of the episode, just after Megan (Caitlin Carver), the daughter of the Secretary of the Navy, tells her boyfriend, "Hey, it's just a kiss, okay? Nothing bad's gonna happen," a van pulls up alongside, and they're both hustled inside at gunpoint. (Luckily, the kidnappers ditch the boyfriend off-screen.) At 22min (no commercials), Megan's father goes to pay the ransom in a parking garage, and we see her in the van in a few brief medium shots. She's gagged with duct tape, mmmphing loudly, and has her hands taped in front. The kidnappers pull a double-cross by wounding the father and drive away. At 34min, we see her again, still bound the same way and being hustled toward a helicopter. But the NCIS team is on the case, and after a brief standoff with the kidnapper holding her at gunpoint, he's shot dead and she's rescued. A few good closeups. Carver is wearing a school uniform (complete with skirt and leggings) and a brown coat. |

It’s available on Lifetime Movie club streaming service in its entirety. I will say the writing and acting were pretty terrible, even by Lifetime’s low standards. I made an edit of just the scene of interest with screencaps back on Friday March 29th if you want to check it out. |
