"too smoothed out" if that makes sense. Still, I'm happy to see them of course, but it appears hit-or-miss; sometimes it adds details, and sometimes it looks like vaseline. |

In this episode of the BBC afternoon soap, the shaky brunette Shona Richards (Alice Sykes) has heavily secured her house to provide safety from her mystery stalker, who keeps sending creepy threats. She assumes it's her ex but actually it's Lew, the man who has installed her security cameras and has a friendly crush on her. And who - unbeknownst to her - is also her ex's landlord and friend. At 19 minutes she goes to visit her ex - in an attempt to wrongfoot him and prove he's the stalker - when, whoops, Lew turns up. Caught red handed, the only thing he can do is capture her. At 20:46, Shona is now tied to a chair and gagged in the ex's kitchen. Her wrists are tied to the chair arms with some thin rope, and her ankles are tied together with the same stuff. Her cleave gag is black with a spotted pattern on it. She wears a blue top, light brown jacket, jeans and black shoes. She whimpers and cries heavily as her kidnapper tells her to shut up. She's next seen at 21:32. The crying continues, while Lew tells her that they were meant to be together, and how now she's going to regret turning down his advances. But the police are one step ahead of him and turn up just in time. A chase ensues at 22:53, during which we see Shona again. She is then freed by one of the officers, who can be seen untying her right wrist. There are some nice full body shots and closeups of her gagged face throughout. |
