Does anybody knows which scene is this from? It's a bunch of hostages wearing explosives vests

A Mother's Rage is in the database from 1991 and it was just a hand cuff scene. What was missed from the other, newer scene?

A new movie by that name aired in 2013 on the Lifestyle channel, starring Lori Loughlin. It featured 2 excellent scenes but only one of them has been posted. The movie has a full entry on the database with both scenes explained in detail. Search Lori Loughlin in the actress search bar without the movie title and you'll find it.

Weird results from the search - both titles should have been found by searching for "A Mother's Rage". I'm not sure why the 2nd wasn't - probably some non-displaying character in the entry - but I've fixed it now so the search is working correctly.

Scene help
I remember a scene from a while ago, it was a woman tape-gagged and buried up to her head at the beach by some kids. Anyone remember.

Is it possible to get more details?

Original: Title: A Mothers Rage (2013)

New: Title: A Mother's Rage (2013)

The database search isn't fuzzy, so things like the ' there
make a difference.

I'm checked for that first thing... I still had the original word file which I used to write the entry, along with a flat dump of the DB, and the apostrophe was in there. I ran a comparison hex-type on the lines to see if I could spot a difference, but they're showing the same. Whatever gremlin was on the line, it disappeared when I retyped it. If you really want to have some fun doing some debugging, I can send you the text from both my DB draft and the flat dump, but I'm inclined to think it was just a fluke.

It was definitely not in English, and it looked like it might have been a teen sitcom? Basically they cut to the gal tape-gagged and buried, and the kids who did ran off laughing, I think.
