Record number: 6765 Title: Gioco con la morte (2001) Medium: Movie Actress: Caterina Casini, Antonia Liskova Description: Italian thriller with several great scenes: Right at the beginning of the movie, a blonde prostitute (played by Casini) gets tied to a chair in her underwear. Unfortunately, she's killed (not shown). About ten minutes later we get to see blonde Alina (Liskova) playing around with the bondage gear of the prostitute (a collar and a black ball gag) After about 25 minutes into the movie, Alina is handgagged for a few seconds while walking down a deserted street at night. Around the 55 minute mark Alina, now going undercover as a prostitute, gets strapped to a gurney with her wrists cuffed above her head and her feet tied together with rope by a dangerous maniac. A cop rescues her. Finally, near the end of the film, Alina is tied to a lattice in black underwear and knee-high black leather boots. She's gagged over the mouth with a black bandanna. Several good close-ups, mmphhing and the like. |

| Indeed a link would've helped but I saw it on YouTube maybe two years ago and titles were in Chinese wouldn't know where to find it now. The film definitely exists though |

She is being treated for her fear of needles by being repeatedly injected. (Don't worry, not as brutal as it sounds. This is not a Saw or Hostel kind of scene.) | Oh, my God. This has been one of the most difficult projects I've ever done. No joking here; it took me AN ENTIRE YEAR to figure out how to fix this. The movie's color timing is flat-out terrible. And, of course, you people just had to give it the most votes in the 4K Poll, haha! I don't blame you at all; on the contrary, this is one of my favorite scenes of this decade and I had to finish color-correcting it eventually, so I needed the extra push from you guys! Unlike Greta, this 4K Zoom utilizes the entire 1.78:1 frame (again, going back to 2.35:1 when needed), allowing close-ups to fill an HD screen. I'm still not 100% happy with the skin tones, and there are lots of areas I wish I could touch up some more, such as those horrible "enhancements" made by whoever was in charge of post-production (resulting in destroyed shadow levels and green artifacts everywhere). Still, I guess I should stop tinkering with it for now and move on. I hope you all enjoy this!
