I have a dim memory from when I was a teen in 1990 or 1991 of a soap opera scene (Probably from the soap Santa Barbara, but I'm not 100% sure) where a woman in a veil is led into the tent of a stereotypical Arab sheik. Her veil gets ripped away to reveal she's a hot blonde with a cleave gag between her teeth (I LOVE the weird trope-seen sometimes in Japanese genre movies but very seldom in Western media- of captives being held in plain sight with their gags hidden by masks or veils). IIRC it was part of a convoluted only-in-a-soap plot where they wanted her to make whoopie with a male hostage they already had so their resulting kid could be used for some royal-bloodline shenanigans. I have never seen this scene since. Does anyone else remember it? Does anyone have it? Thanks in advance for any info! |

| Anyone know of any scenes where the male heroes come in to save the tied and gagged woman but for comedic purpose, he leaves the gag for a long time, and doesn't let her go as the episode or movie ends? I know I've seen that in some places. |

Ones with bombs, but the shows don't end with the damsel still gagged: Class Act Joanna Lumley With the quote of "The gag rather suits you" Wonder Woman Lynda Carter (more that the rescuer is an idiot but it is somewhat comedic) Knight Rider Mary Kate McGeehan Left cuffed by a car and so her tape gag stays in place. No bomb: Nestor Burma. Ball-gagged when Nestor comes in and an antsy client is hiding out in the bathroom. Nestor keeps asking if his cat is OK while she's gagged. |

Tammy Isbell was delightful. |
