Speaking of brides, similar thing happened with the Princess Bride where Buttercup is gagged in the book version of the classic "battle of wits" scene. That's probably why she doesn't have any lines during that scene in the movie. One of the most memorable sequences in cinema could've had something for us. Oh well. |

When operator answers, she can't talk because the gag is so effectively applied. Scene lasts for a long time from there as Walker lays in the hay. Many closeups and extreme closeups before eventual rescue. |
