Good enough that it almost doesn't matter (to me at least). But, the lighting isn't great, and that's to be expected; she's in a bloody trunk. It gets better when she's on her phone trying to call the cops, but it's still bad. I did my best to edit the lighting in Resolve without crushing details too much, so what you see here isn't the original footage. I hope the quality is still good enough. But honestly, when the source material is poorly lit already, there isn't much you can do to restore detail that isn't there. No, AI up scaling won't help, it'll just make it look like vasciline, but you're welcome to try. Fun fact, I edited the last two cuts out of sequence, but the scene ends with her still in the trunk, on the phone with the police, but her phone dies as the kidnapper cranks up the music so no one could hear her. I don't remember her in episode 6. It's never explained what the kidnapper did to her, and we never get a follow-up scene. So I'll just assume she met a bad end of some kind. There are many great close-ups during this part. Next day she tries to get free by struggling angrily against her bonds. She later unties herself (sadly) offscreen.
