The leader of the gang (Clive Owen) guides the cop (Denzel Washington) as they pay a visit to the rooms where groups of people are held hostage. In on one room are locked the "unruly" ones. They are sitting in a row, bound hands and feet and cleave gagged with white cloth. There are at least three women. Quick traveling on their scared faces. Short scene. 80 min in. Later in the movie (95, 99 min) we see some of these women and some more with their hands tied behind their backs with plasticuffs, though it is a short scene too. More guys than gals in this though. |

Neil (Cillian Murphy) and Violet (Lucy Liu) get involved in a silly plot regarding a video. Neil comes looking for Violet to find her tied to a chair with her hands behind and several loops of rope around her waist. Her ankles seem to be tied to the chair legs but this is not seen in any detail. She is wearing a fairly loose cloth cleave gag and frantically tries to tell Neil that the bald, bad guy is in the house. Neil does not jump to release her but rather argues that all this is just “bullshit”. Violet stares at him in disbelief. There is nothing else to it. scene begins at the 1:06:00 mark |
