She plays a dual role in this movie, one as a blonde and one as a brunette of Gothic aspect. Her brunette incarnation exists in the world of her dreams, which are typically horrific nightmares. There are two damsels bound and gagged in this movie, Thora Birch being one of them. The first one (Whitefoot), is a good-looking blonde, the victim of a serial killer. She is bound and gagged on a workbench in a basement. Her hands are tied over her head to one end of the workbench, and she is gagged with a beige cloth tied between her teeth. Since she is the captive of the serial killer, she meets a grisly end. The second damsel to be bound and gagged in this movie is Thora Birch. Her bondage occurs in a dream sequence; she is bound and gagged on a workbench, in the same manner as the aforementioned damsel. She struggles energetically, a hideous man with metal teeth stands menacingly over her, while her loved ones look on apathetically through the bars of a cage. She is in her brunette incarnation while she is bound and gagged. There are numerous close-up views of her face, so her gag is seen quite often. Sarah Whitefoot's scene occurs at the 31:00 minute mark. Thora's scene occurs at the 1:06:00 mark. |

In the scene, cute Chloe (Sheridan), wearing a red top with cleaveage, one female police officer (Carter) and two males are cuffed, each to one chair, by the villains. They have each wrist cuffed to each arm of the chair. Chloe says to the captured male freakylinker (who is not bound at this time), "You have to help us." He answers (pretending to be allied with the villains), "I don't have to do anything." Then he kisses her, kind of violently. During the kiss, she utters a loud mmmphh -- when she discovers he puts the cuff key into her mouth. After the baddies have left, Chloe drops the key down into her cleaveage, moves a bit, and the key comes out below her top where ske can reach it. She frees herself and the others. Action in the last 25 minutes. No gags. |

(5.3) About ten minutes into the episode, Patti has the misfortune of running into a couple of Johnny Sack's goons, who are a little perturbed that she insists on collecting for a friend of her father instead of their boss. After slapping her hard and knocking her to the floor, they shove her into a chair. A boss orders his underlings to "Tape her up" and although we hear duct tape being used on her wrists, we don't see anything. She begs for her life for a bit, even offering to give them all blowjobs. The lead goon then orders his underling to gag her with a single strip of duct tape, places a phone book over her chest and fires a revolver into it. The bullet doesn't make it all the way through, leaving her unharmed, although that clearly wasn't what she was expecting. Kind of graphic. She's wearing a green leather jacket and pants. About a minute and a half long. |

Record number: 13844 Title: Lake Dead Medium: Movie Actress: Kelsey Crane, Kelsey Wedeen, Tara Gerard Description: Roughtly 10 minutes in, the one Lake girl (Gerard) is attacked in her motel room. As one holds her mouth shut, another attacker tapes several strips of duct tape over her legs to hold them to the floor. A steel pipe is then inserted through her ankles. She ends up being put into the man-made lake (something like Cabin by the Lake). After the 70' mark, the two other Lake sisters (Crane & Wedeen) get drugged. They awake around the 80' mark to find themselves tied to chairs (no gags). Around the 107' mark, the two girls (Crane & Wedeen) are once again taken to the house. They are kneeling on the floor with their hands restrained behind them. One of the sister's gets handgagged as the boyfried arrives. Both of the gals are being used as human shields while their hands are bound behind them. The one gal is taken to the barn (but she was not bound in the car) but is shown getting another handgag with her hands once once again restrained behind her. All times are with commercials. |

Record number: 11777 Title: Immortel (ad vitam) (2004) aka Immortal (Ad Vitam) Medium: Movie Actress: Linda Hardy Description: This is a French movie with digital and real actors set in a futuristic world and based on a comic book. Jill (Linda Hardy) is a unique kind of a mutant that is being transformed into “full” human by a mysterious character named John. At the beginning of the movie (minute 6) Jill and several other mutants are captured on a police raid. She rebels and fights the guards. One of the guards pulls out a metallic device while another holds Jill on a tight embrace. The shiny device is actually a gag. The gag is shown in detail during slow motion closeups. The anterior arm of the device goes into her mouth. This is connected via a hinged portion to a back arm which contains pneumatic cylinders and is held at the back of her neck. Another thinner arm goes around her skull. Thus, the device only goes half of her face. Once the device is in place it apparently locks and sends signals to the brain so the prisoner is immobilized or subdued. No other restraints are used. In some camera angles we see Jill’s cheek showing a bulge from the portion of the device inside her mouth, She is silenced and subdued and blue tears run down her face. A woman doctor takes interest in her and eventually takes Jill to her lab to study her. At minute 64 she is captured again and the same device is used to hold her lying over a table while a menacing red creature, who obeys the commands of a corrupt Senator, is set to kill her. She is rescued by Horus the mythological Egyptian god (half man and half hawk). |

She waked up hanging upside down, chained by her bare feet. She's completely naked with a cloth gag in her mouth. There are numerous closeups of her face and upper half as well as one of her hands which have been chained behind her back and one which pans down the chain she's suspended from to her bare feet. Also one full length shot at the start of the scene. An incredible scene but unfortunately she meets a very grisly end. At the one hour mark, there's a group bondage scene with a several girls (Karen Davidsen, Tereza Mandic-Listikova, and Bijou Phillips) tied up, hands behind, and cleave gagged. Davidsen and Mandic-Listikova are the producer's assistants by the way. Bijou is taken out of the cell & cuffed to a beautician's chair, still cleave gagged, and an old make-up woman begins to clean her up a bit & starts to paint her nails. After being ungagged, Bijou then bites the tip of the woman's nose off (!), grabs the keys to the cuffs, & escapes. She is recaptured shortly after. At the 1:11:00 mark, Laura German is shown chained to a chair & hooded. The hood is removed & we see her cleave gagged with a white cloth. This scene alternates with scenes of Bijou cuffed to her own chair in another part of the house with a cloth sack over her head, wearing a racy outfit. When the bag comes off we see that she's been gagged with a black ballgag. Then the scene goes back to Laura. Her gag is removed and she almost succeeds in talking her way out of the situation, only to be knocked out. We are now at around the 1:15:50 mark. More scenes of Bijou, still secured to her chair & ballgagged. She is injured with a circular saw cutting into her head but apparently survives (we see her bandaged up later on, bonds removed). After Bijou's scene ends, we see Lauren has been regagged & re-chained to the chair, at around the 1:19:30 mark. Her bondage scene ends at around the 1:22:45 mark. |

| Didn't see this one in the DB. About 7-8 minutes into the movie, there's a scene with two women and two men. One of the women is maybe late-40s and the other looks to about mid-30s. They're down in a cabin cellar strapping themselves into leather (almost bondage-looking) harness devices to prevent themselves from escaping. I haven't watched the movie yet, but I'm presuming they're werewolves. Anyway, they're discovered by their enemies after they've already made themselves helpless. They're next shown still bound in these devices and gagged with duct tape. There's a couple of nice closeup of the mid-40s woman before the tape is ripped off her mouth so they can interrogate her. The younger woman is shown in a couple of medium-length shots. There's putz shots too for those that don't like that. |
