Record number: 528 Title: House of Wax (1953) Medium: Movie Actress: Phyllis Kirk Description: Remake of "The Mystery of the Wax Museum" with Kirk as a young woman whose roommate (Carolyn Jones of "Addams Family" fame) has disappeared, and who also has become the object of the obsession of a fire-scarred wax sculptor (Vincent Price). Suspecting he has used her roommate's body as a form for a figure that resembles her, she sneaks into his museum after hours and is accosted by him after confirming she was right. She faints after striking him, causing the mask hiding his disfigured face to fall away, and awakens to find herself nude (this, of course, is only implied) and clamped at the wrists and ankles to the bottom of a large tray, which he will soon fill with molten wax. She spends most of the rest of the movie screaming her head off and struggling as the good guys try to find their way to her in time. Action occurs in the last 15 minutes (with commercials) |

She is stuff gagged and is hogtied, her one wrist two her ankles while the other wrist stays buffed. At 57 minutes in. At 1:04, she is shown sturggling to get her cell phone out of her pocket. Nice scene. At 1:11, she is found and untied except for the cuffs, and is recaptured and blindfolded, menaced with a knife. In the extras, there is a blooper reel where they show Kochan trying out her bonds, and she can easily reach her cellphone. |

Record number: 7805 Title: Ted Bundy (2002) Medium: Movie Actress: Boti Bliss aka Boti Ann Bliss, Unknown, Alison West Description: In this no-holds-barred retelling of Bundy's crimes, there are three separate scenes. 1.) His girlfriend Lee (Bliss) is shown about 40 minutes in lying nude on her back in a bed, her wrists tied apart to the sides of the headboard with cloth strips and her legs pulled up and apart into a "Russian split" position, her ankles secured to the headboard by nylon stockings, as Bundy (Michael Reilly Burke) enters her anally. He demands she play dead, and she does as Bundy screams "Fuck you, bitch" as he comes. 2.) A victim is shown handcuffed (arms in front) in her nightie being dragged from a car to a deserted woodland area. She is yelled at by Bundy and then strangled in a graphic scene. 3.) Victim Shawn Randall (West) is shown in her bathing suit handcuffed to a metal pipe and forced to watch as Bundy rapes another victim. She is bleeding from a wound on her head and has blood all over her face. She is screaming violently. While the damsels are all good looking, the graphic nature of the movie means few will find them a worthy addition to their collection. During Bliss' scene, director/co-writer Matthew Bright notes on the DVD commentary track that she had to maintain her rather extreme position for "about an hour and a half" during filming and that she complained that she couldn't walk for a week afterwards. |

She moans and pleads a but through the gag as the truck pulls up outside an old house, then she is dragged struggling inside where the gag is removed but her hands remain tied. She escapes running through the house and kicks through a window to get out of the house, then uses the jagged glass to cut her wrists free. There are a few close ups of her gagged face and bound arms, the rope appears to be a little above the wrists but I'm not sure. She's wearing a black sweater like top with lace binding at the neck, jeans and black flat heel boots. There's also a short take where she has her mouth and eyes sewn shut during a hallucination |

Unfortunately no on-screen cuffing, but some nice mmphhing. The scene last about five minutes. |

Later she is tied with her hands in front, again with white rope. No gag here, and no further restraints. She is now dressed in a blue unbottuned shirt, a sexy lowcut blouse, and a short black skirt. In the last scene Ms Lee's character, wearing the same clothes, is tied in a car with her hands above her head. No gag. Including commercials, the 3 scenes happen approximately between the .42-.45, .66-.68, and .84-.86 minutes marks, respectively. (give a minute in each end) |
