Title: With Murder In Mind (1992) aka With Savage Intent Medium: TV Movie Actress: Elizabeth Montgomery, Mary Ann Hagan Description: In a dramatization of a true story, a drug dealer (IIRC) posing as a prospective property buyer ties up both women in the kitchen, cuffing their hands behind their backs, binding their ankles with white rope, and gagging both of them with stiff white napkins (Continuity problems give us a 2-for-1 cleave and overgag sequence). You don't see any tying on screen, but you do see Hagan's gag being tied tightly. Both women struggle quite a bit on the kitchen floor. This sequence occurs early on (it may begin in the first fifteen minutes). Warning: Montgomery's character is shot after being taken up to a bedroom. Although she survives, she's shown painfully making her way afterwards to a telephone while still bound to try to call for help. |
