Record number: 6387 Title: Charlie's Angels Medium: TV Series Actress: Farrah Fawcett, Unknown Description: Episode: "Lady Killer" (1.8) There are three (or perhaps 2 1/2) chloroform scenes in this episode. In the first scene, which conveniently begins literally one second after the last of the opening credits, an attractive blonde wearing a sexy showgirl outfit is chloroformed. We see a shot of her attacker beginning to cut off her hair, and we later learn that she has died of chloroform poisoning. (As far as I can tell, we never learn her name, which makes identifying the actress problematic.) The other two scenes involve Jill (Fawcett), who gets chloroformed twice while asleep in her bed. The second scene, which is somewhat dark, occurs right at the end of the third act and shows Jill successfully fighting off her attacker. The third scene follows shortly thereafter, about five minutes from the end of the episode. This time, the attacker (who we now learn is female) succeeds in knocking Jill out, but the other Angels arrive in time to prevent her from administering a fatal dose. Fawcett wears a slip in the second scene and street clothes in the third. |

At the end of the scene, the process is reversed and the cuffs reapplied. Later, there's a nice long sequence of scenes of her being transported to the death house. Her ankles are shackled, her hands cuffed in front to a belt, and she walks, rides, and then walks some more. She's shown spreadeagled on a gurney, secured with leather straps, in preparation for being executed by lethal injection. |

| Title: Onna hissatsu ken (1974) aka Sister Street Fighter Medium: Movie Actress: Etsuko Shihomi, Emi Hayakawa Description: This offering in the series of Sonny Chiba "Street Fighter" flicks offers a couple bondage scenes. The first is the best and occurs about 45 minutes in [65' or so with commercials]. Emi plays the cousin of the heroine [Shiomi], and her father is being pressured by thugs for info. To turn the screws, as it were, his daughter is presented to him on a round bed that appears from behind a sliding panel. Dressed in a short skirt and blouse, her hands and ankles are bound, and she sports a cleave gag. Pretty good bondage in a scene that lasts about two minutes, but be warned that the thugs also resort to molesting her, though much of that happens off-screen. The second scene occurs about 15 minutes later [95' or so with commercials]and involves Etsuko Shiomi, the heroine. Her only bonds are on her ankles because she's hung up by them upside-down. She also gets whipped by the villains, but they get thrashed when she manages to acrobatically free herself |

| Title: Ulee's Gold (1997) Medium: Movie Actress: Jessica Biel, Christine Dunford, Vanessa Zima Description: Earlier in the movie, Helen Jackson (Dunford) is tied down to a bed with sheets, while she is going through severe withdrawal of a drug that the bad guys kept her strung out on. Scenes of her strugging against the bonds, and Connie Hope (Patricia Richardson) having to inject her with a sedative. This scene occurs during the first half of the movie. Helen isn't gagged in this scene. The three Jackson women, daughters Casey (Biel) and Penny (Zima) and 30-something mother Helen are tightly bound to chairs and gagged with duct tape. Close-ups of hands being wrapped in duct tape, gagged with duct tape wrapped around the head, some grunting. Casey struggles so much that, when they are discovered by (the unfortunately ungagged and unbound) Connie (Patricia Richardson of the TV show Home Improvement), we see her chair has tipped over. Scene lasts about three minutes and occurs about 85 minutes into the movie |
