(5.19) Bud and Kelly need some cash and cannot extract it from poor Al so decide they will have to actually work for it. Bud has a typical Bundy idea. He tells Kelly he will act as her manager and find her some work. Soon Kelly, dressed in jeans and tank top, with a nice bare midriff, gets a job - to babysit the worst family of kids in the neighborhood. The little monsters pour into the home after the family goes elsewhere, leaving Kelly to trying to manage them with little success. Right at the end of the episode we see the result. The Bundys return to find Kelly standing against the staircase, nicely tied with lots of rope. It is a pity we didn't see the kids actually binding her but guess we cannot have everything. While Kelly waits for Bud to untie her she asks about her share of the babysitting fee. Sorry, Bud has managed to spend it. When Kelly makes threatening motions Bud ignores her pleas for release and goes to bed, leaving her struggling. Nice touch! |

The polite and soft-spoken Joan (voiced by Nicole Sullivan) reports to work at the Griffin household. Peter takes advantage of her, and has her perform humiliating tasks. At around 10 minutes into the episode, he puts her in a horse bridle and reins and has her ride him to the store, literally on her back. She can still speak clearly through the bit but only complains very mild-mannerly. Seconds later, two Asian men appear, riding a woman who is also bridled and reined just like Joan. Peter tries to start a race with them, but Joan collapses under his weight. |

Later in the episode, the assailants girlfriend (Weil) is found by the detectives hands bound to the corner bedposts and gagged with duct-tape. There is a nice close-up of her face but the scene is somewhat grim as there is blood dripping from her nose as she was apparently beaten. Second scene at about 33 minutes with adverts of 1 hour total broadcast slot. Both scenes are rather similar, and brief; we only see a close up of a gagged (and injured) face and one bound wrist in the background. As broadcast in UK no reason to believe the first damsel is naked and perhaps a glimpse of some clothing. |
