| IMO a good, underrated scene with a pretty, redhaired actress. Title: Valdez Is Coming (1971) Medium: Movie Actress: Susan Clark Description: Kidnapped at 47mins by Valdez (Burt Lancaster) to lure her evil rancher husband into a trap, Erin (Clark) is later shown at 1hr 1mins in a bit of a predicament: she is sitting on the ground amongst the scrub, very tightly cleave gagged with a brown scarf, hands tied behind her back with a strip of rawhide and feet also tied together with another strip. Erin is left floundering in the scrub and tries to hop around as Valdez stalks the bad guy and his cavalry. However, she is unable to make it very far and stumbles over in a heap. Davis, who earlier saved Valdez from certain death, discovers the helpless Erin at 1hr 3mins. She mmpphhs in frustration to warn him about Valdez nearby, but he elects not to ungag her. The last time we see her gagged is at 1hr 4mins. No ungagging/untying shown. |
