Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4rZkQJpmL5k "Stolen Stars" 1. Go to the YouTube file. 2. Click View - Source in Web browser. 3. Search for "/player2.swf?video_id=" in the source file. 4. Copy everything after the "video_id=" up to the closing quote. Example: 4rZkQJpmL5k&l=51&t=OEgsToPDskIcXLxkkFjeR5ZXbeo2iLBP&s=888471286B0ABA5E:359DEF12D6D159FD 5. Paste it after - "http://youtube.com/get_video.php?l=165&video_id= 6. Open the combined URL: http://youtube.com/get_video.php?l=165&video_id=4rZkQJpmL5k&l=51&t=OEgs ToPDskIcXLxkkFjeR5ZXbeo2iLBP&s=888471286B0ABA5E:359DEF12D6D159FD 7. You'll get prompt to save file. Rename to what you want and add .flv to the end. This technique has worked on 99.9% of all YouTube files for the last few months. |
