Elsbeth & NCIS Sydney
A couple minor scenes.

From the CBS series Elsbeth, season 3, episode 2, "Doll Day Afternoon," the title character played by Carrie Preston is briefly tape-gagged by David Cross about 20 minutes into the episode. She has her wrist taped to the wrist of another hostage, while her other arm is free. Gag is removed in the next scene.

And on this week's episode of NCIS Sydney, titled "Lost in Translation," the saucy Aussie cop finds a wannabe influencer played by Nina Carctune on the floor of her apartment, tape-gagged, hands behind her back. Quickly gets the loose gag pulled off. Scene happens at 29 minute mark.

It does have a scene where the female lead is tied with ropes and tapegagged but its really short

Bugonia
Just finished watching this at a cinema in my part of the world. The usual Lanthimos surreal craziness. The f/t scene with Emma was better than I thought it would be. Jump-cut straight to Emma's gagged face. She sports a classic cleave which is tied very tight to make her cheeks bulge nicely. And the beige cloth is *very* wet from the get-go. Plenty of gag-talk before the scene turns unpleasant. Scene will be great for screen-cappers. It's been said before but Emma truly does wear cleave gags beautifully. If she keeps working with Lanthimos she may get more scenes in future; we can only hope. Film makes you think for sure. Much less comedic than his previous efforts. Gets in your head and stays there...

Amsterdam Empire
There is a scene for Famke Janssen (who still looks good for her age) at the beginning of episode 4 of this new crime series from the Netherlands on Netflix. At the end of episode 3 she is handgagged after entering a room. Episode 4 starts with her sitting on a bed with her hands bound behind her back and she is cleave gagged with a knotted red scarf with stuffing underneath. Some decent closeups as the scene lasts a few minutes before she's ungagged and untied. She wears a nice red dress.

Does "before the scene turns unpleasant" mean she starts the scene with her hair still, or is she bald the whole time?

Bald the whole time. It's well in to the movie when the scene happens. Yorgos certainly has a way of making his bondage unpleasant.

I'll echo some of the praise here for the film itself, although I'd have preferred it ended five minutes sooner to make for a more interesting picture. Worth seeing, though.

Re: Bugonia
Emma gets her head shaved as soon as she's knocked out, basically. Missed opportunity when the dipshit sherrif turns up. Emma totally should've been gagged for that scene. At least she didn't have that white face cream all over her face when she was gagged. And yes, the gag is very sexy. Film is an absolute downer, tho..

Witcher 4 and Anniversary
Anything pan out in these 2 new releases? The latter had potential and even a hooded scene for Diane Lane (suspected) in the trailer.

May I ask, the tone is it a bit horror like scene or dark comedy? Like her gag-talking is it her begging in horror or like trying to convince them in a kinda a dark comedy scene?

Are you able to describe how she escapes?

A Vague Memory/Maybe a dream?
Back in the 80s, I was watching a rerun of what I thought at the time was "The Monkees". It seemed to be from the 60s. The setup was like "The Spy Who Came in from the Cool" with Arlene Martel. In that episode she was stuff gagged and tied to a chair at the very end of the show after letting down her superiors.

I don't know if this scene even exists, but a woman in about her 30s or so, also let down her bosses and at the very end, one man slapped a piece of white tape across her mouth as she looked dejected. It was a gag only and no restraints. From memory, she was a pretty brunette and was wearing a tweed blazer. Does that sound familiar to anyone? I searched for years but never found it. I know it wasn't "The Monkees" since I scoured every episode and only Arlene's scene exists. Is it possible that I had dreamed that scene up? I know it's a vague description, but does that sound familiar to anyone? It could have been a dream or fantasy, but it seemed so real.

Scream 7
Trailer is out and Neve Campbell's daughter clearly gets kidnapped by Ghostface. However, I wouldn't hold out much hope for a scene, particularly when the series has only given us two tape gags (and one of those had a putz).

The best thing Scream has given us is the beautiful Heather Graham Rolling Stone shot.

Re: Bugonia
Emma's scene is definitely horror-style. The end of the scene isn't pretty. She's eventually released by the main kidnapper who realises the procedure has gone too far. If it's a black comedy it's pitch black. Not much humor; bleak tone all round.

Re: Scream 7
The possibility is there, so hopefully there's a good full treatment scene for Neve this time.

If you provide more details, it might help to identify it. Is it an episode of a television series? What country is it from? Is it in black and white or color? Is it a situation comedy? Is the character a spy? Why do you think that it is from the 1960s? What does her hairstyle look like? Is it another show with a rock and roll band?
