Even though I had planned on waiting to watch this on TV next week, confess I cheated. Watched it on YewBoob earlier - the scene was pretty much what I remembered. Although memory is funny. Previously thought it happened right in the beginning of the episode, before the credits even. But no...

And, every so often on these pages, there are postings on "the most influential scene someone had in their past." While just watching Hawk, realized this was the one for me when I was a little twerp. Even though I had seen many other b/g scenes earlier (Superman, King Kong, many others), they were all fantasy, not reality based. Others (The Collector, Did Die My Darling) were not fantasy, but were based in far away places, The Hawk series has such as a realism, was something that could have easily happened on the very street I lived on. So, that Lynda Day kidnapping b/g scene was **the one** that did it for me!

I remember caps of a woman who was gagged with black tape while wearing shades.

I can’t remember where they came from :-(

Anastasia had sunglasses on when she tied up with big ropes and gagged with silver duct tape in the memorable skoda citigo advertisement that came out years ago.

Veronica Mars revival
Veronica Mars(starring Kristen Bell) looks to be getting a limited series revival on Hulu. Rumor has it, filming will begin this fall.

The character was gagged and bound briefly in one of the novels(audiobook voiced by Kristen Bell), so hopefully something similar happens in the revival.

Say your prayers and cross your fingers, but keep your expectations low.

Yes, a damsel with glasses. Don't see nearly enough of that. Girls with glasses are a thing for me and I always love seeing a good-looking damsel with glasses.
