Monday September 16 01:50:46 2013 Horror movie with girl in schoolgirl outfit |
Hi all... I was wondering if any of you remember a straight-to-video horror movie, released around 2005 or 2006 I'll say, with a man who captures a girl and ties her to a frame in his basement, while she's wearing a white blouse and a Catholic schoolgirl skirt? As I recall, it was the second time in the movie that she was captured...in other words, it was a "re-capture" scene. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

I believe you are talking about movie coroner released in 1999. It has similar situations. Zpxoxiq |

Monday September 16 20:53:59 2013 More: SVU -- Mariska Hargitay Photos |
She is interviewed about the grueling role she plays on the upcoming premier of SVU: It was tough. (That's about all she said.) The photos are more interesting, anyway. More detailed photos than I've seen before. Check photos 1 through 8 after scrolling down. Photo 8 gives a pretty good shot of her overall dire situation. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/16/mariska-hargitay-law-order-svu-season-15-premiere_n_3923269.html#slide=2916431 (The interview says something about this episode playing out all season -- possibly a wronged woman with a gun revenge theme where it takes all season to nab the perp?) |

Monday September 16 21:20:48 2013 upcoming TV movies |
Hallmark has a couple movies coming up that will have scenes according to their detailed plot descriptions. "The Mystery Cruise" has its star Gail O'Grady bound and gagged in the climax, unfortunately with a guy. It is a backdoor pilot about an amateur sleuth (O'Grady) and her best friend, a PI (Michelle Harrison) solving crimes. It airs October 5 on Hallmark Movie Channel. "The Hunters" - the plot description says Michelle Forbes's character gets captured and bound and gagged in a hangar. It airs October 25 on Hallmark Channel. And two more movies coming eventually to Lifetime and the Movie Channel in Canada, though their titles will probably be changed by the time they air and they have no date yet. "Deadly Revenge" has its star Alicia Ziegler knocked out with a blow to the head, then waking up in a chair, her hands tied behind her back and wrap tape gagged while she is menaced by Donna Mills. "Final Recourse" sees its lead played by Teri Polo kidnapped from her home, handgagged, then bound and tape-gagged in the trunk of a car. |

Wow, nice update! Let's hope that backdoor pilot turns into a series, because a Lifetime detective show with two female leads obviously has lots of potential, especially if one gets the treatment in the pilot. Much as I'm not a big fan of duct tape gags, I won't turn my nose up at Gail O'Grady and Teri Polo getting B&G. That's good news on Forbes too: always wanted her to get the FT. |

The pilot is actually for Hallmark Channel, not Lifetime. Hallmark is trying to get develop more original series, and they have 3 mystery movies coming up in the next few months that are backdoor pilots for potential series. In addition to the GAil O'Grady show, they have one based on Mary Higgins' Clark book called "My Gal Sunday" with Rachel Blanchard as a PI daughter of a secret service agent solving mysteries. The least likely to have scenes - "Signed, Sealed and Delivered" - about lost-mail detectives who deliver letters from the past that save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves, etc. Probably more heart-warming than suspenseful, from the creator of Touched by an Angel, but it stars Daphne Zuniga, Crystal Lowe and Kristin Booth. |

Last Saturday's "Garage Sale Mystery" (on Hallmark)starring Lori Loughlin sure seemed like a backdoor pilot as well. She played a garage sale fanatic/amateur slueth who gets involved in a murder investigation. I only caught the last half hour of the film but it sure felt a like a series set up. Lots of possibilities there. |
