[15] The Avengers (1961)
Sentence two should read: "Later she is tied down to railroad track as a train approaches."

Second paragraph should read: "Since the train is a scale model, Mrs. Peel is bound along the track rather than across it. Her wrists are tied to each rail above her head and her ankles are similarly bound in a modified spreadeagle."

There are two tracks in the sequence, but of course Emma is only tied to one of them. The train is diverted onto the other track at the last second.

I'm not sure exactly what you want to change. Sentence two is correct as is - she is tied to an operating table where her fate is discussed, prior to being moved outside to the railroad tracks. I've changed the phrasing about the tracks somewhat to make it more clear, and added some other details. If you want further changes, please resubmit the correction.
