Christina Applegate is definitely bound hands behind back in the theatrical trailer at the web site (occurs near the end).

There should be an entry in the DB noting that the scene is in the trailer if not the movie itself.

This was hashed out on Dicussion, some say yes, others
no. Not definite.

No. We don't do trailers here. Even if there's something
it has to appear in the movie or DVD extras to be
included.
