| Episodes are 889 and 891. The writeup is wrong in that the year it ran was 1987. In episode 889, Frank Porter finally is revealed as Debbie's (Shannon Kenny) stalker. He enters his apartment and we see Debbie standing, gagged with a white cleave and her hands tied with red rope. We get a few shots before she is ungagged and untied. Nothing in the next episode, but in 891, we get a scene where Frank ungags a seated Debbie right off the bat. Her hands already were untied.
