[9478] 24
This entry has a few errors. This is how it should look:

Title: 24
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Elisha Cuthbert

Description: Episode: "Day 3: 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M" (3.7)

After being discovered by a mole in the previous episode, Kim ends up gaffer-taped to a chair at the very beginning of the episode. The mole handgags her briefly, and later he slaps a gaffer tape gag over her mouth. Arms are taped to armrests, ankles are taped together.

Scenes at 2, 4.5 and 10 minutes. No commercials.

She gets "rescued" at about 12.5 minutes. The hero removes her gag and runs after the bad guy, leaving her still tied to the chair.

[8286] Darkness (2002)
Also, please correct this entry:

Title: Darkness (2002)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Anna Paquin

Description: Near the end of the movie, Regina (Anna Paquin) is tied to a chair (hands behind her back) and teased by her captor. Scene begins with a nice close-up of her bound hands.

After a bit of chit-chat, the bad guy produces a thick white cloth and puts it over her mouth. The scene is cut at that point, and after a few moments we get a BEAUTIFUL close-up of Paquin cleave-gagged with the cloth. Unfortunately, the captor removes the gag almost immediately, and leaves around her neck. After some talk with the villain, he decides to cut her loose and she runs to save her father. As she runs, she unties the cloth from her neck.

She is wearing jeans and a tank top.

Alright,
but there really not much different to the correction. Other than gagged to cleave gagged

Oh, well. If there is no need to correct those spelling errors, it's okay.

It just would have been easier if you'd specified it was spelling errors you wanted corrected.
