Three tape gags, including the one posted. That was from some show with a VR type plot, not sure if that will help find it. | Alerting a few Arabic(at least that what google translate detects it as) scenes that I found. Nothing too great, but I figured if I didn't report them, they could go unnoticed. In episode 1 of "Shadid El-Khotoura" the hot blonde lead is ziptied, tape gagged, and for a time blindfolded, along with several other women(and putzes) during a bank robbery scene. In what translates as "Caramel", episode 26. One of the leads gets chloroformed and kidnapped, taken to a second location, and wakes up hands tied in front and legs bound with rope, tape gagged with white tape. She mmphs a bit until her captor comes in and takes the gag off. Unfortunately, we don't get a good close up. She is still a captive into the next episode, but in my skim-through it didn't look like the gag ever went back on. And finally, a series google translate calls "Al-Wad is Mr. Shahat".
