Also, what I really liked is that they had their sleeves rolled up for the entire movie prior but very sadly when the main damsel is bound her sleeves go back to covering her entire wrist. Kind of a shame when the entire rest of the movie including afterwards she's wearing outfits that show her nice forearms but the one time she's bound her sleeves cover her skin lol. Still a good scene though. |

I try to answer the questions and problem that come in through the Contact form, as long as the person followed the rules. An annoyingly high percentage don't. Even then I usually reply along lines of "post to the forums" or "read the damn FAQs". Something pleasant like that. It's also the case that I get the initial message through the form then reply by email. It's possible that some never see that reply because it's an unknown address so it goes to Spam or Junk or whatever. I added a note to the posting form (although I see it's not on the Reply form) to try to alert people that the address will be posted. I know there are blog reply forms out there that only require email for ID purposes and don't post it, but I've made it clear that email here is optional. |

The man's sister, Marion (Dorothy Tree), uses an alias to get in touch with the ADA (and both fall in love with each other in the process) and learns that a women's prison's inmate, 'Duchess' Thane (Mary Doran) may know how to prove her brother's innocence so she gets herself sent to that prison... It's a B-movie, folks. Anyway, by the end of the movie the real criminals arrive at a house where the two girls are staying after leaving (lawfully) the prison and tie and gag them while they decide what they will do now... unaware that the ADA has wired the house and is listening to everything. The ADA's assistant manages to convinces him to not barge into the house after they hear the criminals arriving and the next scene is a criminal finishing to tie Marion's gag while Duchess looks on pówerlessly. Both girls are wearing normal clothes as they were about to leave the house when the goons came in, Marion is tied on (but not to) a chair while Duchess is lying on a bed. Although Marion could, after the thug leaves start to hop around (her feet are tied) she does not do it. Both girls are gagged with white hankies, Mary Doran is tightly detective gagged while Dorthy Tree sports a rather unconvincing triangle shaped gag. The guy who did the job 'apologizes' for having to do it and leaves the room. Then another criminals (the ones behind the crime that started it all) arrive and overpower the first ones. Marion is freed and told to leave the room by the leader of those latter ones and he turns his attention to Duchess, who now is sitting at the edge of the bed and pleads for release, which he does but only to question her as he thinks she is about to betray him... and is up to Marion to rescue her and both girls flee from the house. Decent and believable scene, starts at 56'. |
