It’s based on a manga and there’s actually a few more scenes from the show. Each ball gagged segment is three minutes long and since it's a boys vs girls show, unlike that other show that featured ballgag talk, this one always has a women gagged in each episode they play that specific game. Drool is prevalent but they use cloths to wipe most of it away. You are way off on what episodes the scenes are in for season 2 by the way. At least based on the site I used. For Season 1 it's Episodes 3 (where the initial picture is from, she is particularly feisty) 6 (mummification), 8 (mummification), 9, and I'm assuming 11. For Season 2 it's Episodes 2,5,6,and 10 (mummification). For the mummification game they use the same wrapping contraption as that really old Pharaoh themed show did.
