So this redhead lady was guarding Tad and Tad managed to turn the tables on her and tie her up and gag her. Later, some of the heroes have found the redhead tied to the chair and they take her with them (bound and gagged) for a drive in order to find Tad. So this is basically the second part of the scene. (I was always curious if Brooke was gagged during those episodes but I don't where to find them in order to find out) |

The ladies are the Penguin’s henchwomen, the lead villain of this episode is the (Male) Judge who is targeting other villains and it is he who bound the Penguin’s henchwomen. |
