| Does anyone, here, in the community recollect a plumbing ( I believe) commercial. in which a middle-aged woman was bound and gagged? It was an OTM gag and there was some gag-talk which the damsel pleaded for the help from the superhero, "Super-Plumber" or something to the likes of that. I checked the database and applied my due diligence, but I can't seem to locate this commercial. Vague details bring about memories of the damsel wearing a tight, red sweater and hands bound in front with rope. I believe the business exists on the east coast or the Midwest. Thank you in advance to anyone that can direct me to the whereabouts of this commercial. It was displayed here once before. |

In order to add to the drama of his escape, he and Kathie Lee were both tied up in the same way and told to "race" to see who would get free first. A couple of guys in old-time vaudeville outfits came out and tied them up with 5 feet of rope (the length was specified) wrapped around the chest and then tied to the wrists in front (they were sitting in chairs). Greatly adding to the difficulty of the escape was the use of thumbcuffs on both Kathie Lee and the kid. As I recall, Kathie Lee was wearing some sort of knee-length knickers and took off her shoes before being tied up. The kid of course escaped very quickly, but Kathie Lee made no progress on her bonds, despite a fair amount of writhing and effort. |

Well, togolane already provided a clip, but seeing as you've probably provided more high quality clips to the community than anyone, the least I can do is offer the timecode, just in case you want it for yourself and/or to share. On the streaming source I tried originally (but couldn't download from), I'm seeing it run from about 25:20 - 25:40. |
