| I've invested some time mining through older Turkish dizi, largely inspired by a comprehensive re-watch of Beni Birakma I've been going through. One of my favorite actresses is Cemre Burcu Tosun, so I've focused on trying to find scenes of hers. There is not much out there, but I have come across a bit of a frustrating find in 1000+ episode Ankara-based dizi Deniz Yildizi where she appears in the third season as Efsun. Efsun's crazy ex Aykut takes her to a warehouse far away and ties her to a chair to keep her away from Demir, a new love interest of hers. The is seen in episode 490. Here's the frustrating part - episode 491 is AWOL and nowhere to be found. Skip ahead to 492, and we see that Efsun has now been cleavegagged with a black cloth. She eventually uses broken glass to untie herself and escape. Links are below. If anyone happens to have this scene from when it aired, or has any leads on the missing episode 491, let me know. There were some offshoots and similar bits on shows overseas, but none of them were quite as appealing as the original Japanese version imo |

I'd say I prefer Naomi watts, but I forgot just how unbelievably large the stuffing used on Susanne Lothar was! The way that she pulls it out of her mouth really sells how uncomfortable it must have been. One of those movies where I wish some behind the scenes or directors cuts would have been released. Crazy to think that Susanne's had two separate scenes with insanely large stuff gags. She was an absolute trooper. Easy candidate in the Damsel in Distress Mount Rushmore for me. |
