| This scene *will* be happening; and that tease with the cast throwing Emma that tape roll was a nod to those that have read the books and know what's coming. The fact that the books' author was heavily involved in the show's production and probably wrote the episode where the action occurs bodes very well for a truly great scene. Guess it comes down to how far Emma was prepared to go during filming; whether she was happy to have her whole face encased in duct tape, basically. At the very least she will hopefully have gotten a well-applied standard tape gag with the possibility of a wraparound if they have followed the book scene to the letter. Trailer probably won't appear till next year but teasers and/or leaked photos could appear sooner. There's a lot of interest in this 3rd series so it will be hard to keep it all under wraps until the premiere. My guess is someone will leak a photo or two of Emma in distress before long. If done properly this will be the mainstream scene of 2027 :) |

If you look they made an announcement video stating/celebrating the filming and green light for season 3 next year with the cast, and one have her a roll of duct tape and it was very much like they were all teasing Emma with it, seemingly about her character and how she must be getting duct taped like the book. |

If they stick with the book it will be a very lengthy kidnap scene with a full duct tape head incasement that I can honestly see lasting the better part of an episode. |
