The short scene is shot entirely in closeup with no bonds visible. Baddie Jason Robards has conked goodie James Caan and tossed him into the closet, and then proceeds to set the house alight. Caan comes to, ungags and releases Fonda (she asks him to "cut the rope off my hand," but again, neither her wrists nor any bonds are shown), and they escape their intended fate. |

However, they are aware of decency laws in some parts of the world, to all of which they cater, and of the default assumption that any person forced (e.g. by being tied up) to be wholly or partially naked, has been indecently assaulted. That breaks their policy on violence, sexual crime, etc. Also, of course, they have no wish to be sued for breach of COPYRIGHT. |
