Reminds me of this Candid Camera skit. Database quote: "British version of the classic practical joke show, c. 1960. Regular spoofer Liz Reber sat veiled and tied hands behind to a chair in a corner of a small shop, pleading with customers to untie her. She said she was being punished for something, and in her (unspecified) home country it was usual to tie women up. | The french one is unique in that it appears to be an innocent bystander who was tied up, and didn't know they were filming. She wasn't an actress. Anyone know of any similar scenes? |
