The best way to take something out of the frame without ruining the aspect ratio is to blur it as it the camera isn't focused on it. It is easy to do on Premiere 2015 and beyond. The effect camera blur has a 'mask' option, round, square or free draw. Than you can soften or harden the blur and if it stands out of the pic so much you can soften the borders of the mask to make it look more natural. It can also do tracking if the shot is on movement. Of course blurring a gag kissing couple or very close just like in this example scene is tedious. |

| Wow, what a scene! Gorgeous damsel, fantastic realistic gag, tight bondage with an even more effective tie-up after she makes a ruckus. | Seems like the scene is either a misunderstanding or someone confused it with something else. Kind of disappointed but I kinda figured it a long shot anyway that such a scene would be unnoticed and unlisted for 17 straight years. |

I'm sure it was someone who saw the "Suddenly Millennium" skit, misremembered it as Kathy Griffin in one "those shows", then looked up her IMDB credits and said, "Oh yeah, right there, X-Files."
