We then jump back in time to show how she ends up in this predicament. We learn that her family wants to set her up in an arranged marriage with the son of their local powerful Romani crime family. When she has other ideas, like being with her boyfriend Ray, she runs away from home only to be caught by the aforementioned powerful Romani crime family. The chloroform scene from the beginning of the movie takes place at the 42min mark (no commercials). She wakes up in the home of the crime family unbound and learns that she will be living with them while she gets to know their son and prepare for her marriage to him. Eventually she gets too rebellious and at 56 minutes they lock her in the basement for safe keeping. At 1 hour and 3 minutes, Ray comes by the house asking for Sonya who hears Ray from the basement and begins to yell for him before being promptly handgagged and dragged off while Ray gets escorted off the property. We then cut to Sonya laying on a mattress now bound hand and foot and tightly cleave gagged with a thick cloth. The villainous father then spends several minutes lecturing the bound and gagged Sonya on how she needs to marry his son. She can only look on helplessly and mumble into her gag. After being shown bound and gagged again briefly at 1 hour and 7 minutes, she agrees to the marriage and is untied and ungagged off camera. This is the last that we see of her bound and gagged and Ray inevitably swoops and and saves her from being married off. Is really hard to find it online Title: Loco Veneno (1988) Medium: Movie Actress: Maru Valdivieso Description: Veronica (Maru Valdivieso) comes to her apartment to find her crooked business associate who wants to steal from her(minute 52). The movie is a comedy made in Spain so the damsel-in-distress scene is lighthearted but quite unique. The crook ties Veronica in a chair with her hands behind the back of the chair. It is not clear whether he uses a telephone cable or curtain ropes. With a single length of the rope he ties her chest and abdomen and then her ankles together to one of the legs of the chair. She is wearing a sexy black leather miniskirt and black hoses. Veronica won’t stop talking and arguing as she is being tied up. Tony, her young associate comes in and ends up tied on a chair next to Veronica. The thief now gags them with white tape over their mouths. As he is ready to flee, he stacks a large amount of money unto his briefcase and Veronica frantically “gag- talks” to protest. Once the bad guy leaves Tony pushes his tape gag loose, hoops his chair next to Veronica and removes her gag using his tongue and teeth, not missing the opportunity, of course, to kiss her over her gag. |
