Title: Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde (1999) aka Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde aka The Prophecy of the Tiger Medium: TV Movie Actress: Karen Cliche Description: This originally made for Australian Television movie is the Hong Kong Martial Arts version of the Jekyll & Hyde story. Muriel Jekyll (Cliche) is on honeymoon with her doctor husband when she kidnapped after he falls foul of the triads. She is shown hands tied behind on a bouy in Hong Kong harbour, gagged with a skin tone tape or plaster/band aid. He is thrown from the ship on which he is being held and swims out to her. However, the gag is booby trapped and when he removes it they are both caught in an explosion which results in her death. |
