| First of all BIG THANKS to GUEST555 for the identification of "Noo Lee" Apichaya Piyanatwatcha (hey, you really do not have to apologize, posting and identifying scenes is only a hobby among others, not a full-time-job ;-)) and to "X" for his nice words! :-) Here is one more lakorn-DID-scene, from "Taanchai Nai Saimok" (aired 1999): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2XV_R4s00Y The damsel is the beautiful leading actress, but there is no opening credit and next to no information on this lakorn available so far: Right at the start of the clip the young lady has been overpowered by a bunch of gangsters at gunpoint - when she is marched to a waiting car, she starts to scream ("Bai!" - this seems to be the Thai equivalent of "Laeng!" in Khmer and may mean "Let go!"), which results in a n onscreen gagging with blue tape (don't know where they got the tape in this situation!); she is not tied up, but forced into the car and driven away, only to find herself ungagged in the luxurious house of the chief villain later (he loves her and therefore she got kidnapped). Whole scene is played for laughs. The clip is of mediocre quality as are so many telenovela-/ soap-DID-scenes from around the word of the 70s, 80s and 90s. |

| Slowly the 2009 lakorn season is getting better - the following DID-scene is from "Sai Seub Delivery" (currently airing): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lDyP2u_g6A I believe the damsel is beautiful actress/model "Jeab" Pijittra, but I found a lot of surnames for her: Kritikul, Tanomsap, Siriwetchapan, Jiramaneekul - GUEST555, do you know which one is the right one? Here is the storyline: Female lead "Yard" Yardtip Rajpal does not like staying in hospital any longer after having a crash with her motorbike; while her best friend (played by "Jeab") is visiting her, "Yard" explains her escape-plan which will involve some rolls of white gauze bandage ready at hand... When two other visitors return to the room after buying some food, "Yard" has already escaped and has left "Jeab" tied up hands behind and feet (I think they are BARE > for fans) and otm-gagged with gauze. Of course, the young lady is freed immediately and starts to tell her version of what happened. Lightweight scene and, of coourse, no violence. ;-) |
